Odyssey has seen an increase in train derailments, says John Wittaker, owner of Whits End. This has been the first one since a train derailed when some counterfeit money plan was stopped from crossing the nation.
Whittaker says that the increase in derailments is not linked to any known villains but he will look into it. The derailments have not affected the water but, he is using bottled water just in case.
Local resident Connie Kendall thinks the derailments are a plan to destroy small-town America, but John Whittaker told her not to jump to conclusions.
Other towns have been affected. Nearby Colerain has also been affected by another derailment. The mayor John Morrison was assisting in cleanup work at the time, and his office did not respond to a request for comment.
At publishing time, Jason Whittaker just sent a photo of a train derailment in Ambrosia.
